Why can’t I find the PrestoSmile® App in my app store?If you can’t find the app in your preferred app store, it’s possible that it’s not yet available in your country. Currently, we’re only operating in the U.S. (for iOS and Google Play). If you’re using a Google account or Apple ID based outside of these countries, you won’t be able to find the app. Know that as we expand internationally, we’ll expand our app availability – so keep checking back. Why is the app shutting down after I sign in?Deleting and reinstalling the app should return it to full performance. First, uninstall the app. Then, check your device's Applications list to ensure you’ve uninstalled all versions. Finally, reinstall the app from your preferred app store. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact info@prestosmile.com for further assistance.

Why is the app loading indefinitely when I sign in?If you’re experiencing loading issues, first ensure you’ve downloaded the latest version from your preferred app store. If you haven’t, uninstall the app, then check the Applications list on your device to see that all arrangements have been effectively uninstalled. To create an account on the PrestoSmile® appTo create an account on the PrestoSmile® app, follow these steps: Open the app on your device. Look for a "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button on the app's home screen or navigation menu. Click on it. This will bring you to the PrestoSmile® portal. Fill in the required information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and password. Make sure to choose a strong password that is at least eight characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Review the app's terms and conditions and privacy policy, and agree to them if you agree to the terms. Click the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button to complete the registration process. You may be asked to verify your email address or mobile number by clicking on a link sent to the mobile number or email address you provided during registration. Follow the instructions in the text or email to complete the verification process. Finally, add 4 team members to your account, and Presto Smile will send a code along with a link to install the app on their device.
